ROBERT FRANKLIN "BOB" DUNN

Robert Franklin "Bob" Dunn, age 62, of Donalsonville, GA and formerly of Fairbanks, Alaska passed away Saturday evening, July 26, 2014 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Dunn was born June 30, 1952 in Portsmouth, Virginia to George Dunn and Mildred Nichols Dunn. He served his country in the United States Army and worked as a lineman with ACS (Alaska Communication System) in Fairbanks, Alaska. He was a member of IBEW Local 1547 in Fairbanks. He leaves to cherish his memory his domestic partner of 11 years, Wanetta Hulsizer of Donalsonville, GA; a son, Joel Dunn and his wife Stefani of Wyoming, Michigan; 3 daughters, Traciann George and her husband Andrew, Erika Dunn, and Tara Dunn all of Fairbanks, Alaska; a brother, Tommy Dunn of Portsmouth, Virginia and a sister, Luanne Dunn of Portsmouth, Virginia; and 3 grandchildren, Owen George and Parker George of Fairbanks, Alaska and Taylor Dunn of Wyoming, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mildred Nichols Dunn and his wife, Sandra L. Dunn.
