LOWELL GLEN NEWTON

Mr. Lowell Glen Newton, age 84, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Friday evening, September 5, 2014 at Donalsonville Hospital. The family will not be having a service at this time. Mr. Newton was born in Lawrenceburg, TN on August 26, 1930 to Luther Herbert Newton and Mable Kidd Newton. He worked as a mechanic with Georgia Pacific, retiring from his position there. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Pauline Hayes Newton of Donalsonville, GA; a son, Bobby Newton of Donalsonville, GA; three daughters, Pam Newton of Donalsonville, GA, Donna Bell of West Virginia, and Glenda Gibbs of Sylvester, GA; as well as a sister, Aline Crews of Tennessee. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
