VEDA HENRY PEREZ

Veda Henry Perez, age 46, of Jakin, GA passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Funeral services for Mrs. Perez will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Fred Odom officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens with Nicholas Hromalik, Freddy Vargas, Rob Snider, Jarvier Perez, Kyle Adams, Jesus Morones, Martine Perez, Andy Gipson, and Manuel Lopez serving as active casketbearers. Visitation will be held on Friday evening, October 3, 2014 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Perez was born in Faceville, GA on December 18, 1967 to Dale Henry. She graduated from Seminole County High School in 1985 and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Perez worked as a unit secretary at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Erosto Perez of Jakin, GA; a son, Christopher Perez and daughter-in-law, Jessica of Jakin, GA; her mother, Dale Henry of Jakin, GA; and a brother William Taylor of Dothan, AL; as well as two grandsons, Bryson and Colton Perez. Mrs. Perez was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Josephine Lambert and her grandmother, Carrie Henry.
