We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Edna Moore, age 78, of Donalsonville, GA. Mrs. Moore passed away Friday morning, June 5, 2015 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Moore will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Corinth Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Iron City, GA. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening, June 7, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Moore was born in Battle Creek, MI on October 31, 1936 to Dewey Hillard and Hazel Pearson Hillard. She was a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Crystal Beagles of Samson, AL, Becky Felch and her husband Mike of Cedar Springs, GA, Donald Moore and his wife Alicia of Donalsonville, GA, Matthew Moore and his wife Alice of Battle Creek, MI, Mark Moore and his wife Annie of Newton, GA, Debra Tucker of Enterprise, AL, Arleen Stephens and her husband J.L. of Donalsonville, GA, and Dewey Moore of Donalsonville, GA. She is also survived by a sister, Mabel Edwards of Greenville, OH and a brother, Jim Stein and his wife Mary of Celina, OH; as well as 27 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey Hillard and Hazel Pearson Hillard Stein; her husband, Donald Kenneth Moore, Sr.; a brother, Michael Stein; a sister, Betty Lee Williams; a son, Michael Moore; and a grandson, Bradley Staples.
