MARTHA LOIS MCLENDON

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Martha Lois McLendon, age 70, of Dothan, AL, who passed away Wednesday morning, October 14, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. McLendon will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 11:00 AM CST at Oakview Church of God in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Eric Norris and Rev. Brenda Young officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Mrs. McLendon was born Nov. 26, 1944 in Columbia, AL to Ralph Henderson and Sally Mae Phillips Henderson. She was a homemaker and member of Rocky Branch Holiness Church. She leaves to cherish her memory, three sons, Michael McLendon and his wife Teresa of Gordon, AL, Neal McLendon and his wife Sabrina of Dothan, AL, and Todd McLendon and his wife Kristy of Ashford, AL; three daughters, Cindy Norris and her husband Steve of Dothan, AL, Lisa Benton and her husband Tracy of Malone, FL, and Sharon Holland and her husband Ronie of Dothan, AL; two brothers, Don Henderson and Stanley Henderson; two sisters, Audrey Crooms, and Karen Donaldson; 20 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Henderson and Sally Mae Phillips Henderson; her husband, Jimmy David McLendon; and a brother, Gerald (Buddy) Henderson.
