DONNIE R. DISMUKE

Donnie Ray Dismuke, age 74, of Jakin, GA passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Dismuke was born in Lyons, GA on July 20, 1941 to Thomas Woodrow Dismuke and Rose Anne Higgs Dismuke. He served his country in the United States Air Force and he retired from Three Notch Electric. He leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters, Brenda Lee Newbern (Roy) of Donalsonville, GA, Patricia Anne Dismuke of Jakin, GA, and Marla Hawkins (William) of Waco, TX; his brothers, Lloyd K. Dismuke (Evelyn) of Lyons, GA, Danny Woodrow Dismuke (Laura), Gary Howard Dismuke of Lyons, GA, Thomas Woodrow Dismuke of Lyons, GA; his sisters, Wilma Dean of Lyons, GA and Nellie Jack Dismuke of Lyons, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Woodrow Dismuke and Rose Anne Higgs Dismuke; his wife, Irene Dismuke; and his son, Steven Ray Dismuke.
