SIDNEY WILLIAM FOX

Sidney W. Fox, age 81, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Saturday morning, August 13, 2016 at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Monday morning, August 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville with Rev. Jimmy Hornsby officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Seminole County Warpath on Cancer c/o Lucy Thomas PO Box 616 Donalsonville, GA 39845. Mr. Fox was born May 8, 1935 to Furman Fox and Annie Wheeler Fox in Morris Hill, NC. He received his Master's Degree in Chemistry and worked as a research chemist with Uniroyal Chemical for many years. Mr. Fox also owned 7 peanut buyting points in TX. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Donalsonville. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son Kirk Fox of Donalsonville, GA; two grandchildren, Chloe Fox of Tallahassee, FL and Avery Fox of Bartow, FL; two sisters, Faye Fox of Seattle, WA and Hope Wolfe of Champagne, IL; and a brother, Donald Fox of Levenworth, KS. Mr. Fox is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Mr. Fox was preceded in death by his parents, Furman and Annie Fox; his wife, Marlene W. Fox; and a son, Gregory Fox..
