AUSTIN WAYNE BROWN

Austin Wayne Brown, age 46, of Bainbridge, GA passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 in Anderson, SC. Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Donalsonville Church of God with Rev. Hubert Smith and Rev. James Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the church immediately prior to the service. Mr. Brown was born in Columbus, GA to William C. Brown and Edna Merle Bynum Brown. He graduated from Early County High School and was a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy. Mr. Brown was a pharmacist with Wal-Mart stores and was a member of Morning Side Baptist Church in Bainbridge. He was an active Bainbridge High School Bearcat Band parent as well. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Jacob Brown of Bainbridge, GA; his parents, William and Edna Brown of Blakely, GA; his brother, William Scott Brown and his wife Wanda of Blakely, GA; his sister, Gail Temples and her husband Timmy of Blakely, GA; and his grandmother, Sue Bynum of Headland, AL. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 1 neice. Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward Bynum, Gus and Louise Grant, and Wayne and Lucille Brown.
