EVELYN INGRAM JONES

Evelyn Ingram Jones, age 89, of Jakin, GA passed away Thursday morning, October 5, 2017 at Donalsonville Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Jones will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Scott Messer officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday evening, October 6, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Mrs. Jones was born in Bainbridge, GA on July 31, 1928 to Marvin H. Ingram and Pearl Strickland Ingram. She graduated from Seminole County High School and worked in accounting. Mrs. Jones attended the First Church of the Nazarene. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 63 years, Buck W. Jones of Jakin, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin H. Ingram and Pearl Strickland Ingram and her brother, Eugene Ingram. Arrangements entrusted to Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.
