On September 3, 2025, our beloved Bradley Riley, age 26, left this world far too soon.
Bradley was a son, brother, grandson, uncle, and friend, whose presence filled every room with warmth and laughter. He was a member of Boys Scouts of America Donalsonville Troop 700, and earned his Eagle Scout honor during his senior year of high school. He briefly served in the United States Air Force, where he carried himself with honor and dedication.
He enjoyed being on the go - whether it was working hard, spending time outdoors hunting or fishing, visiting with friends, or attending church. He had a huge heart, though he was quiet and reserved. He didn't always have a lot to say, but you always knew how deeply he cared through his actions. Making sure the people around him were okay came naturally to him, and that love will never be forgotten.
He was also a gifted musician, with a natural talent that spoke straight to the heart. Music, much like his spirit, was a gift he shared generously with those around him.
What mattered most to him, though, was family. He adored his parents, Tony and Stacey Riley, who were his constant support and biggest cheerleaders. He loved his sisters, Halie (Tyler) and Hillary (Ryan) Kirksey and Heidi Riley, who will always carry his memory in their hearts. His nieces and nephews brought him immeasurable joy, and he loved being their uncle. He is also survived by his grandfather, William Lee, grandparents, Larry (Patrice) Riley, grandmother Jean Bowling, numerous aunts, uncles, and additional family members.
Though his time here was far too short, Bradley lived with purpose, quiet strength, and endless love. We will miss his laugh, his music, his stories, and his steady devotion to those he cared about.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM at New Hope with Pastor Tim Bell officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM at the church. His honorary pallbearers will be a host of friends that he loved, and who loved him dearly, Josh Jones, Dalton Lenoir, Ben Spooner, William Fain, Will Fain, Carl Fain, Arysen Trawick, Chandler Hinton, Angel Alvarez, John Michael Godby, Jacob Jarvis, Dalen Whatley, and Chase Smith. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Friends of Troop 700, PO Box 295, Donalsonville, GA 39845.
