CHARLES RAYMOND BURKE, JR.

Charles Raymond Burke, Jr. passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Tallahassee, FL. Raymond was born August 20, 1965 in Thomasville, GA to Charles R. and Marjorie Adams Burke. He graduated in 1983 from Southwest Georgia Academy and attended college in Florida. Raymond grew up working alongside his parents in B & B Electric and Furniture Company. He will long be remembered for his infectious laugh and vast knowledge of local history. Raymond was the grandson of Claude S. and Carrie Boyd Adams and W.H. "Bill" and Susie Brown Burke. He is survived by numerous relatives. The family will hold a memorial service in Raymond's memory and honor on April 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Rock Pond Cemetery. Anyone desiring may make a donation in his memory to the Rock Pond Cemetery Fund.
