CYNTHIA KAYE "CINDY" HOUSTON

Cynthia Kaye “Cindy” Houston, age 62, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Sunday morning, May 3, 2020 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home in Donalsonville. The family will hold a private graveside service at this time. Ms. Houston was born in Colquitt, GA on June 8, 1957 to Stephen Billy Houston and Dorothy Smith Houston. She graduated from Miller County High School in 1975 and attended Bainbridge College. Ms. Houston received a degree in accounting from Troy State University in Troy, AL and continued on to earn a degree in Psychology from Troy State University in Dothan, AL. She was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Donalsonville, GA. She leaves to cherish her memory, her brother, Steve Houston and his wife Ramona of Colquitt, GA; her sister, Elaine Johnson and her husband Danny of Donalsonville, GA; a special uncle, Phillip Williams of Donalsonville, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. Ms. Houston was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Emmett and Alma Houston; her maternal grandparents, Wilbur and Zelonia Smith; her parents, Stephen Billy and Dorothy Smith Houston; and a sister, Billy Jean Houston. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Friendship United Methodist Church.
