ELIZABETH TRULOCK MARABLE

Elizabeth “Beth” Marable, age 78, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Thursday evening, June 5, 2025, at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL.

Funeral services for Ms. Marable will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. James Scarborough officiating.  Interment will follow at Friendship Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home immediately following the service.

Ms. Marable was born in Donalsonville, GA on Oct. 24, 1946 to Edward R. and Lillian Trulock Marable. She was a graduate of Seminole County High School and later became a wedding coordinator and fashion assistant.  Ms. Marable loved shopping at Dillards and Kohl’s, and she had worked at both stores as well.  Her passion was directing weddings, and she directed many.  Ms. Marable was an excellent caregiver, helping to care for many individuals.  She loved animals (dogs and cats), especially “Kitty Darlin”.  

She leaves to cherish her memory, Eve Trulock Williams and husband Mike, Ward Trulock, and Dr. E.P. Trulock, Jr; numerous cousins; and close friends, Amy Mingledorff, Lucia Anne Ridlehoover, and Michelle Herring.

Ms. Marable was preceded in death by her parents, Edward R. and Lillian Trulock Marable and twin sister, Anne Trulock Marable.
