Emily Diane Williams Rogers, age 80, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Friday, March 15, 2024, at Seminole Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Rogers will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Messer officiating. Interment will follow in Bascom Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM, prior to the service.
Mrs. Rogers was born in McRae, GA on April 8, 1943, to Horace and Gertrude Wilcox Williams. She held an Associates Degree and worked as a nurse at Phoebe/Dougherty County Health Dept.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Robert Rogers of Donalsonville, GA; her daughter, Amy Gruber and her husband Phil of Albany, GA; her son, Clint Jr. Rogers and his wife Lora of Wax Haw, NC; and her sister, Gaile Allen and her husband Pat of Athens, GA. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Ben Rogers, Tyler Gruber, Leo Rogers, Ruth Rogers, Joseph Rogers, and Robby Rogers.
Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her parents, Horace Williams and Gertrude Wilcox Williams.
Funeral services for Mrs. Rogers will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Messer officiating.
