Gloria Fouty Logan

Gloria Joy Fouty Logan, age 95, of Kinross, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Bainbridge Memorial Manor in Bainbridge, GA.

The family will announce a memorial service and burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Jackson, Michigan, at a later date.

Mrs. Logan was born in Jackson, Michigan, September 23, 1928, to Verl Richard and Alice Rose Smith Fouty.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and reading.  Mrs. Logan was a member of Vandercook Baptist Church in Jackson, Michigan.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Kim Case and husband Don of Kinross, Michigan, Diane Wirick and husband Karl of Sarasota, FL, and Karen Cook of Donalsonville, GA; her grandchildren, Charles Barker and Lydia, Richard Barker and Sally, and Ian Cook and Rebecca; as well as her great grandchildren, Hannah Barker and Logan Barker.  Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Logan was preceded in death by her parents, Verl Richard and Alice Rose Smith Fouty; her husband, Ralph Edward Logan; her step mother, Pearl Fouty; five brothers, Norman, Richard, Alva, Wallace, and Gordan; one sister, Inez Bunting; and a son-in-law, Brian Cook.
