Herman Hatton

Herman Hatton, age 75, of Brinson, GA, passed away Monday afternoon, October 27, 2025, at his residence.

Funeral services for Mr. Hatton will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Brinson Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Crapps officiating. Interment will follow in Thursby Cemetery. Visitation will be held one prior to the service starting at 1:00 PM at Brinson Baptist Church.

Mr. Hatton was born in Bainbridge, GA, on March 3, 1950, to James Hatton and Helen Smith Hatton. Mr. Hatton worked installed and worked on elevators. He attended Brinson Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Frances Kelly Hatton of Brinson, GA; his son, John Hatton of Houston, TX; his daughter, Kris Hatton Young of DeFuniak Springs, FL; his brothers, Ronnie and his wife Debra, Allison and his wife Candy; his sisters, Betty and her husband Roger and Inez White. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Mr. Hatton was preceded in death by his parents, James Hatton and Helen Smith Hatton; and his siblings, Diane Hall, John Hatton and Timothy Hatton.
