Jacquelyn Chancey

Mrs. Jacquelyn H. Chancey of Colquitt, GA passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. Mrs. Chancey was a native of Early County, GA. She was born on November 8, 1933 to the late Emmitt and Earnestine Hill. She was a wife to the late Henry Floyd Chancey, and a mother to their children, Michael Chancey and his wife Brenda of Iron City, GA, Randy Chancey and his wife Mary of Donalsonville, GA and Judy Elain Chancey of Colquitt, GA. She was a sister to Sue Morris and the late Elaine Golden and Betty Jo Clark. She was a grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was an aunt to several nieces and nephews and was loved and cherished by many. Funeral services for Mrs. Chancey will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Early County, GA with Tim Burke, Mitchell Burke, Brian Childree, Timothy Poague, Clay Poague, and Zack Poague serving as casketbearers. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville, GA. Arrangements entrusted to Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.
