Jane Glass

Jane Earnestine Everson Glass, age 85, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Monday afternoon, April 13, 2026, at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, AL.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Keith Bowen officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Memorial Gardens with Robert Cleveland, Marty Everson, Bill Mercer, Kevin Lovering, Dennis Milling and Jeremy Hyde serving as pallbearers. Visitation will Be held one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Glass was born in Colquitt, GA on January 8, 1941 to Earnest Everson and Mable Bryan Everson. She was a homemaker and loved quilting, crocheting, crafting and cooking. A quiet servant- she loved her Rocky Ridge Baptist Church and her church family.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Cindy Meadows (Dwayne) of Cairo, GA, Susan Dowdle (Steve) of Northport, AL and Rhonda Hawkins (Mark) of Donalsonville, GA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee (Marcus), Travis Drake, Duane Hawkins (Melissa), Bridget Hawkins, Sunni Parr (Shelby), Alison Dowdle and Cameron Dowdle; her great grandchildren, CJ Lee, Marlie Hawkins, Ella Hawkins, Sophie Hawkins, SJ Parr and Scarlett Parr; her sister, Virginia (Rex) Milling; and her brother, Marion (Cindy) Everson.

Mrs. Glass was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest Everson and Mable Bryan Everson; her husband, Ralph Glass; her brother and sister-in-law, Lafayette and Martha Everson.
