KAREN TIMMERMAN

Karen Young Timmerman, age 75, of Forest Park, GA, passed away Sunday evening, April 19, 2026, at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA.

The family will hold a private service.

Mrs. Timmerman was born in Fresno, CA on May 3, 1950, to Herbert Young and Yvonne Alquist Young. She was a housewife and devout Christian. Mrs. Timmerman loved to play the piano and sing hymns.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Robert Lee Timmerman, Jr. (Charlotte) of College Park, GA and Eujeana Fogarty (William Smith) of Iron City, GA; as well as seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Mrs. Timmerman was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Young and Yvonne Alquist Young; her husband, Robert Lee Timmerman, Sr.; and her daughter, Amanda Varner.
