Linda Raffield

Linda Cox Raffield, age 79, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Tuesday morning, September 29, 2026, at her residence.

Funeral services for Mrs. Raffield will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Rocky Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Phil Forgey officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA with Josh Hick, Dave Lambert, Trent Pickle, Matthew Bunch, Riley Williams, and Kevin Cox serving as active pallbearers. David Cox will be an honorary pallbearer. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM at the church.

Mrs. Raffield was born in Port St. Joe, FL on April 7, 1947, to Larwance Willoughby Cox and Linnie Inez Miller. She was retired and worked as a medical records secretary for Archbold Visiting Nurses. She was also a member of Rocky Ridge Baptist Church. She loved her family and was the glue that held everything together. She especially loved her grandchildren and was known as “Mimi” to everyone.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband. Tim Raffield of Donalsonville, GA; her son, Keith Raffield (Beth) of Thomasville, GA; her daughters. Kim Lambert of Bainbridge, GA and Stacie Pickle (Trent) of Colquitt, GA; her brother, Larry Cox (Denise) of Tallahassee, FL; and her grandchildren, Savannah Bunch (Matthew), Annabeth Williams (Riley), Miller Pickle (Lendon), Conner Pickle, Drew Lambert, and Gracie Raffield.

Mrs. Raffield was preceded in death by her parents, Larwance Willoughby Cox and Linnie Inez Miller.
