MICHAEL CALVIN WATERS

Michael Calvin Waters, age 65, of Donalsonville, GA passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Waters will be held on Friday evening, October 11, 2019 at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home at 6:00 pm with Rev. David Cobb officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home at 5:00 PM.  A graveside service will be held at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens in Palm Harbor, FL on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Mr. Waters was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 20, 1954 to Ernest Edwards Waters and Nina Mildred Martin Waters.  He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Army Reserve.  Mr. Waters was a retired truck driver and a member of the HOG (Harley Owners Group) Club of Dothan.  He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Suzanne Waters of Donalsonville, GA; his children, Charity Pletcher of Nashville, TN, Christopher Waters of Cairo, GA, Melissa Bryant of Bainbridge, GA, and Julie Waters of Donalsonville, GA; his brother, Bruce Waters of New Port Richey, FL; and his grandchildren, Andrea Waters and Sean Bryant. Mr. Waters was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Edwards Waters and Nina Mildred Martin Waters.
