Norman Pegues

Mr. Norman Harris Pegues, age 90, of Bainbridge, GA passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at his residence.

Mr. Pegues wishes were to be cremated and no service held.

Mr. Pegues was born on February 24, 1935 in Guntersville, AL to Fred Herschel Pegues and Clara Lee Mayo. He retired from the United States Army after serving 23 years.

Mr. Pegues was preceded in death by his late wife Flo Pegues; his daughter, Pam Pegues; his step-son, Victor Barker and step-daughter Angela Barker-Stone. 

He is survived by his wife, Betty Barker; son, Michael Pegues (Amy); step-son, John Barker (Brittany); and his granddaughters, Savannah Pegues and Bailey Keasler.
