PEGGY JORDAN BLACKBURN

Peggy Elaine Jordan Blackburn, age 81, of Bascom, FL, passed away Friday afternoon, June 20, 2025, at her residence.

Funeral services for Mrs. Blackburn will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST) at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Pinecrest Cemetery in Marianna, FL.

Mrs. Blackburn was born in Marianna, FL on Oct. 31, 1943, to Oscar Jordan and Laura Conrad Jordan.  She was a homemaker and loved fishing, gardening, and working with her flowers.  Mrs. Blackburn enjoyed spending time with her family whom she loved dearly, especially her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Rickey Blackburn and wife Paula, Rusty Blackburn, and Scott Blackburn, all of Bascom, FL; her grandchildren, Trevor Blackburn, Audre Blackburn Eubanks and husband Benjamin, Seth Blackburn, Madie Blackburn, Shelby Blackburn, and Peyton Blackburn; and great-grandchildren, Auden Eubanks, Rhyatt Blackburn, and Bash Eubanks.

Mrs. Blackburn was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Jordan and Laura Conrad Jordan; her husband, Lamar Blackburn; and her brother, Archie Jordan and wife Faye.
