SHANE DOUGLAS MCDONALD

Shane Douglas McDonald, age 59, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 31, 2023 at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA.

The family will announce a memorial service at a later time.

Mr. McDonald was born in Melbourne, FL on Feb. 29, 1964, to David and Laura Green McDonald.  He worked in construction laying hardwood floors for a number of years before his retirement.  Mr. McDonald was an avid photographer, he loved taking photos especially of nature.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his sister, Denise Woodcock and her husband Mike of Donalsonville, GA; his brothers, Joe List and his wife Lisa of Locust Grove, GA and David McDonald and his wife Kim of High Falls, GA; as well as children, Jessica McDonald and Shane McDonald, Jr.

Mr. McDonald was preceded in death by his parents, David and Laura McDonald and his sister, Cheryl Dunn.
