SHERRIE TODD

Sherrie Todd, age 74, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Monday morning, January 12, 2026, at Wesley Place in Dothan, AL.

Funeral services for Ms. Todd will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with Rev. James Scarborough officiating. Interment will follow in Corinth Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery with Neil Buckhalter, Allen Todd, Mark Miller, Alexander Miller, Corbin Miller, JL Stephens, and Steve Todd serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home at 1:00 PM.

Ms. Todd was born in Donalsonville, GA on August 23, 1951, to Maurice and Geraldine Lane Swanner. After graduating high school, she went on to become a cosmetologist. She loved fishing, antique shopping, and growing flowers. There were many things she enjoyed doing, but most precious to her were her grandkids whom she loved dearly. You would never find her being still, she was always on the move.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Debbie Buckhalter (Neil), Amy Miller (Mark), and Allen Todd (Kyla); her grandchildren, Alexander Miller (Bri) and Corbin Miller (Polly); as well as her great grandchildren, Andrew Miller and Mary Miller.

Ms. Todd was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Geraldine Swanner and her brother, Phil Swanner.
